Rusty was born in the water, raised on the street - and now we’re run by a crew of Millennial and Gen Z humans who live the brand like it’s a lifestyle (because it is). Headquartered in Perth, WA, we’re the kind of place where there’s probably a surfboard drying near the front desk and someone’s dog asleep under it.

We’re a global surf brand - but that doesn’t mean corporate. We’re building something that moves fast between surf, skate, snow and street. From bold graphic capsules to boardshort tech, we’re constantly creating what’s next without forgetting where we came from.
