Sale Period Shipping

Please allow up to 4 business days for your parcel to be dispatched during sale periods. Our customer service team work hard to ensure all orders are shipped as soon as possible. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email notification. 

COVID-19 Shipping Update

Please expect delays for parcel deliveries due to COVID-19. We are still shipping all online orders as per usual but may experience some delays in receiving your parcels on time. Whilst these delays are out of our control, we are doing our best to keep everything moving from our end. You can stay up to date and find out more information by heading to Australia Post.

Your order will be sent via Australia Post. You will receive a tracking number in your shipment email. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be dispatched.

Regular Shipping is 3-7 business days for Australia and and 4-14 days* for New Zealand. Express Shipping is 2-4 business days for Australia only. Remote customers we will do our best to get it to you as quick as possible. For surfboards, please allow up to 9 weeks for shaping and delivery.

All orders under $79 are shipped Standard at a flat rate of $7.99
Standard shipping is FREE for orders $79 and over
Surfboards attract a $60 delivery fee in Australia

Delivery to New Zealand...

All orders under $150 are shipped Standard at a flat rate of $14.99
Standard shipping over $150 is a flat rate of $9.99
Surfboards attract a $390 delivery fee in New Zealand

*Currently there is an expected up to 2 week delivery time for parcels to reach New Zealand.

At this stage we only ship internationally to New Zealand, and orders over NZD$175.00 will generally incur customs taxes in New Zealand. Rusty has no control over these taxes and cannot advise what they will be once your parcel has arrived in New Zealand.

All charges are to be paid by the customer on delivery of order. Orders cannot be returned to sender and Rusty will never pay these customs charges on your behalf. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and Rusty will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence. We cannot mark international orders as a gift in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees. This is an illegal practice and as an established business we will not do this.
