Your order will be sent via our delivery partner Australia Post, between Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays).

 

Order Processing Times

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be dispatched.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.

 

Festive Season Shipping Information

Please allow up to 4 business days for your order to be dispatched.

To ensure your order arrives just in time for Christmas, please see our delivery cut-off dates below:

  • CUSTOM ITEMS: Midnight Sunday, 3 December
  • NEW ZEALAND: Midnight Tuesday, 12 December
  • AUSTRALIA: Midnight Sunday, 17 December
  • INTERNATIONAL: Delivery dates vary. Please see Australia Post for your country/region

 

Please note that orders placed after these cut-off dates cannot be guaranteed delivery before Christmas.

 

Please note orders placed after Thursday, 21 December will not be dispatched until the New Year, so please keep this in mind when placing your order.

New Zealand and International Delivery

Your order will be sent via our delivery partner Australia Post.

While it is our hope that all orders arrive at their intended destination in a timely manner, sometimes carriers mishandle packages. We waive all responsibility once the package lands in the destination country as we do not have any jurisdiction over international countries and their postal systems.

Should any issues arise after the package has landed in the destination country, the recipient is responsible for contacting their local postal service to remedy the situation.

 

International Customs and Duty Charges

Please be aware of any fees your local customs office may charge before placing your order. As the payment and knowledge of taxes/duties that may apply to your purchase are your responsibility and Rusty cannot be held responsible for any charges.

If your package is seized by customs officials for any reason whatsoever, we will not issue a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original condition. If you refuse or return your order, no international shipping charges or fees paid to local government will be refunded.

If you have any questions, we encourage you to contact your local customs office, as we cannot advise you about your country's customs policies.
