How do I redeem my points and rewards?

First step is to make sure you are logged into your account when shopping and checking out.
To redeem your points, head to the checkout and enter your discount code or select your reward from the dropdown menu. Please note minimum spend requirements for rewards.

How much is shipping?

We have different shipping options available. Please visit our shipping page.

How long will it take to receive my order?

After placing your order, please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be dispatched. During sale and peak periods, please allow up to 4 business days.

Regular Shipping is 3-7 business days for Australia. Express Shipping is 2-4 business days for Australia and 4-8 business days for New Zealand. Please note there may be delays due to Covid-19 and severe weather conditions.

Remote customers we will do our best to get it to you as quick as possible.

International delivery times vary, please refer to your local post service or Australia Post for more information.

Custom items will take up to 7 business days to process and be made prior to dispatch.

Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once your order has been placed we are unable to guarantee that we can cancel or make changes to your order before it is processed.

Due to this, if you have made an error and require another style we recommend placing a new order to avoid missing out! You can then return your originally ordered item if eligible for return.

What are my payment options?

We accept credit cards (master & visa), Paypal, Afterpay & Zip Pay.

Do you do instore pick up?

No, we don’t.

How do I return products for a refund or exchange?

Can I return my online purchase to a store or in person?

No, you cannot. All online returns must be sent back via the online returns portal. Please visit our returns page.

How long will my return take to process?

Once your return has arrived at our warehouse please allow up to 7 days for your return to be processed.

What is your product warranty?

We have a 3 month warranty from date of purchase.

How should I care for my Rusty clothing?

Always read the care labels but a general rule is to wash at 30 degrees & let the product dry naturally – no dryer.
