How long will it take to receive my order?

2-4 business days for Australia & 4-7 days for New Zealand. Remote customers will be closer to 4-7 days.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to Australia & New Zealand only.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel or change your order providing it hasn’t shipped yet. To cancel or change please contact us at rusty@rusty.com.au or call 1800 659 578.

What are my payment options?

We accept credit cards (master & visa), Paypal, Afterpay & Zip Pay.

Do you deliver to PO boxes

Yes, we do.

Do you do instore pick up?

No, we don’t.

How much is shipping?

For deliveries within Australia, we charge $6.99 for orders under $79 & for Surfboards we charge $50. For deliveries within New Zealand, we charge a flat rate of $19.95 and $150 for Surfboards.

Do you have free returns?

We supply free returns for women’s swimwear in Australia while you’ll need to pay to return all other products.

How do I return products?

Each order receives a returns slip or you can click here to download the returns form.

How long will my return take to process?

Once your return has arrived at our warehouse please allow up to 7 days for your return or exchange to be processed.

What is your product warranty?

We have a 3 month warranty from date of purchase.

How should I care for my Rusty clothing?

Always read the care labels but a general rule is to wash at 30 degrees & let the product dry naturally – no dryer.

Do you have custom surfboards?

Yes all of our surfboards are custom shaped.
