How do I track my order?
Once we’ve packed and sent your order, you’ll receive an email that will include your tracking number. Use it to follow your parcel via the AusPost website.
Does Rusty ship internationally?
Yes, we ship across Australia, to New Zealand and worldwide.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders move fast. If you need to make a change, contact us straight away and we’ll do our best to help. Once it’s dispatched, no changes can be made, and we recommend you place a new order and return the original if eligible.

How do I use my gift card?
Easy. Just enter your gift card number at checkout when you’re paying.
Do you offer returns and exchanges?
Yes. If your item is eligible, lodge it through our returns portal. Full details are in our returns policy.
What if my item is incorrect or faulty?
That’s on us. Email online@rusty.com.au with your order number and a photo, and we’ll sort a replacement or refund.
How do I get the Rusty welcome discount?

Do you offer student discounts?
Yep. Students get 15% off through UNiDAYS. Verify your student status here.

Can I get notified if an item comes back in stock?
Yes. On the product page, click Notify Me for the size or colour you want and we’ll let you if it’s restocked.
Do you have any stores?
Not yet. But you’ll find us at retailers across Australia and New Zealand including Universal Store, City Beach, and Ozmosis. See them all in our Store Locator.
